Discussion on the “Truth behind the people cannot lose weight.”

Topic is for everyone regardless of weight because all the answers pertain to “COMPLETE HEALTH.” The information is provided in order for us, as individuals to use the methods for ourselves as well as a responsibility to provide information to others in order to achieve health for thousands of people…. All the information presented is based on “health.”

Obesity is a symptom.

Dr. Lindsey recently conducted a study of the typical proportions and types of food eaten at HomeTown Buffet by ordinary individuals--- an example of “America unfolding” before his eyes.

How the Human Body Gains Weight:

Men & Women gain weight in different ways; however the # 1 reason for weight gain is POOR DIGESTION. When food is not digested properly, it turns to fat. The human body gets clogged and cannot burn fuel properly. Important to know how your body and organs work:

  1. Digestion, assimilation & absorption of food - When we do not digest, assimilate and absorb, we store and gain weight.
  2. Elimination - Garbage sits in colon & body absorbs toxins… becomes toxic.
  3. Heat- much like an oven, the body heating up, revs up metabolism & throws off toxins.
  4. Sluggish Liver – Liver functions as a fat filter.
    a. Most Important Organs:
    i. Mind
    ii. Liver
    iii. Small Intestines
    iv. Heart
  5. Sluggish Thyroid – (under active) Body’s thermostat. Thyroid needs proper feeding.
    a. Hypo - under active
    b. Hyper – overactive
  6. Sluggish Pancreas - & Fluctuating Sugar levels. Pancreas breaks down sugar, starch and carbohydrates. Healthy Pancreas vital to weight loss. Spacey-ness due to low sugar because Pancreas breaks down & cannot process carbs.

How Genetics Play a Part in Weight Gain:

Have you ever seen a picture of an Obese Jewish Concentration Camp inmate? Of course not. They obviously burned more calories than they ate. Genetics have absolutely nothing to do with it.

We want to put the blame outside of ourselves.

There are no Anomolies when it comes to being healthy. You earn either loss of weight or obesity:

Lifstyle Factors Role in Weight Gain

  1. Sedentary – watching T.V. especially after a big meal.
  2. Eating Out – Fast Food
  3. Stress
  4. Lack of Exercise
  5. Eating late at night
  6. Improper diet choices
  7. Coffee
  8. Improper Eating Habits, like skipping meals
  9. EMPTY HARVEST: Lack of nutrition causes unhealthy eating cycle.
    Based on Dr. Duncan’s clinic screenings, people deficient in nutrition typically fall into the following negative cycle causing unhealthy bodies:
    1. don’t get nutrients in their meals
    2. eat more but become fatigued
    3. continue to eat but not feeding the body
    4. body goes into a panic wants nutrients
    5. over-consuming but undernourished

Statistics

1930’s According to U.S. Congress records, entire U.S. lands were deficient in nutrients.

1900 Turn of the Century 1 cup of spinach had 150 mg of iron, compared to now, which is less than 1- 5 mg of iron.
