How to begin: Part 1, Whole Body Cleanser, and Part 2, Intestinal Cleanser, were designed to be taken together in the evening as a complete internal cleanser. Start with 1 capsule of both products in the evening, preferably on an empty or partially empty stomach for maximum absorption, and to minimize bloating and gas. Many users prefer to take the products about 1 hour before bedtime with a full glass of water.
Gradually increase your intake of each product by one capsule in the evening every other day until you’re having 2 to 3 good bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 capsules of each product per day. If you experience loose stool or diarrhea, simply decrease the dosage. Be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water is the catalyst that flushes toxins out of the body. It works in conjunction with 4Total Cleanse, maximizing its effect. Positive results may take one or two weeks for some people, so don’t give up on the program. Give the program time to help retrain and rebuild your body’s natural eliminative and digestive processes.
The number of capsules you take should be tailored to suit you. Don’t be afraid to experiment with the dosage but remember to follow the direction for how to properly increase dosage. Some people need only 1 capsule of each product in the evening to feel the positive effects, while others need 3 of each, etc. Try to find the minimum number of capsules your body needs to achieve 2 to 3 good bowel movements per day. Each person is different; only your body can tell you the exact amount you need.
Just as you increased the dosage when you started taking 4Total Cleanse, you should decrease the dosage as your body starts to digest and eliminate more efficiently on it’s own. For some people, this takes 2 to 3 months and for others it takes longer. Your body will tell you how much and how long to take 4Total Cleanse. This process can take anywhere to a few weeks, to 3-6 months. When you begin to see signs of a persistently soft stool, decrease your capsule intake by on Part 1 and one Part 2. Maintain the new lower dose, until you experience loose stools again. Continue to decrease in this fashion until your body eliminates 2 to 3 per day without taking 4Total Cleanse.
Even after you have stopped taking 4Total Cleanse, it is important that you continue to have 2 to 3 bowel movements per day if possible. Be aware of your food intake and make sure you eat enough raw fruits and vegetables. These bulk foods contain fiber, a necessary component to a body’s detoxification abilities. Don’t be afraid to use 4Total Cleanse during stressful times, such as traveling, illness or during times when your diet isn’t what it should be. The herb and fiber ingredients assure gentle support and proper intestinal function.
When cleansing, a small percentage of people experience various detoxification symptoms including temporary gas or other minor gastrointestinal discomfort. Some individuals may experience mild flu-like symptoms such as a runny nose or sneezing, or a few pimples on the skin. These are all “good” signs that the detoxification process is under way. They are temporary, and typically subside in 3 to 7 days.

4Total Cleanse is not suggested for children under the age of 12. This product was designed for adults. Although not harmful to a child, dosages must be reduced and bowel movements monitored closely, which is not always easy to do. We suggest diluted organic prune juice to keep a small child’s intestinal and detoxification systems function properly.

It is best to take other supplements or medication an hour to an hour and a halk before or after taking 4Total Cleanse.
While internal cleansing will help to eliminate toxins from your body, you can take control by reducing your exposure to toxins. The following are some helpful hints:
Live in an area that reduces your exposure to pollution from cars and industry.
Avoid cigarette smoking or exposure to second-hand smoke.
Avoid the use of alcohol.
Drink at least 8-10 glasses of purified water each day.
Adopt a healthy lifestyle including exercising on a regular basis.
Eat organic fruits and vegetables as much as possible.
Consume only organic based milk products.
Eat food high in Vitamin B (nutritional yeast, whole grains) and in Vitamin C (peppers, cabbage and tomatoes). Eat foods from the cabbage family (cabbage, broccoli, and brussel sprouts) and foods that are high in sulfur content (garlic, legumes, onions).
Limit your intake of red meat and consume more whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
Avoid processed foods or foods that contain additives, flavoring or other chemicals.
Limit your use of solvents and strong cleaning materials. Consider using all-natural cleaning alternatives such as vinegar or lemon.
Include a diet rich in fiber or supplement your diet with
a fiber product.

4Total Cleanse Part 1 & 11 were designed to be taken together in the evening. Start with one capsule of both products and increase intake of both products and increase intake of both products by one capsule of each every other day until you achieve 2-3 bowel movements per day.
